  • Refrigerate from four hours to overnight. A small ramekin will chill faster than a large mold. If you are using a large mold I recommend refrigerating for at least 6 hours.

sauce

  • heat up the water and stir and sugar mix with the pulp of two passion fruits and stir. Spoon over the desert.
  • If you are unmolding the desert. Run a sharp knife along the edge, then dip it in warm water from 2- 15 seconds, a glass or ceramic mold may take a few more seconds to transfer the heat compared to a mold made out of metal.

Notes

When I make this recipe, I almost always make a double batch. A double back seems to feel most molds nicely.
This recipe is very sweet.  I've had some feedback that some people would like to know how to make it less sweet. You can substitute evaporated milk for the condensed milk, it will turn out less sweet.
