  • 1 passion fruits
  • 3 oz pineapple or orange Jell-O
  • 1 cup hot water
  • .5 cup cold water
  • 14 oz condensed milk

For the sauce:

  • 2 passion fruit
  • .25 cup water
  • .25 sugar

  • Cut your passion fruit and a half and scoop the pulp out into a small bowl. Save the pulp of two passion fruit for the sauce.
  • Bring one cup cup of water to a boil and stir and 3 ounces of flavored Jell-O
  • Mix in 1/2 cup of cold water and one can of condensed milk
  • Mix the passion fruit pulp with the rest of the ingredients
  • Refrigerate from four hours to overnight. A small ramekin will chill faster than a large mold. If you are using a large mold I recommend refrigerating for at least 6 hours.

  • heat up a quarter cup of water and stir and a quarter cup of sugar mix with the pulp of two passion fruits and stir. Spoon over the desert.
  • If you are unmolding the desert. Run a sharp knife along the edge, then dip it in warm water from 2- 15 seconds, a glass or ceramic mold may take a few more seconds to transfer the heat compared to a mold made out of metal.
