My name is Michael, and I created Just Cook with Michael as a place to share my love for cooking with others. I attended the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and spent over 10 years working in the restaurant industry. Currently my full time work has led me out of the industry, but I cannot deny the joy cooking has brought to me. My hope is for my website and Youtube channel to be a place for you to find delicious recipes that allow you to learn about the fundamentals of cooking. New recipes are posted at least once a week.
