World's Easiest Bread

This bread is made in a single pan, no fancy tools are needed and you don't have to knead it. Try out the World's Easiest Bread.

Ingredients

  • 5 cups bread flour
  • tsp yeast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 cup water

Instructions

  • Fill your loaf pan with flour. Add in the salt and yeast. Stir to incorporate. Add in the water and mix until a dough forms. Let rise for 8-12 hours at room temperature.
  • Into a 425°F oven cook the bread for 40 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the bread is 210°F.
  • Optionally, remove from oven top with cheese and fresh herbs. Return to oven for 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Notes

Small Loaf:
  1. 2½ cups bread flour
  2. ¾ tsp yeast
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 1 cup water
This loaf is done in about 25 minutes, or when the internal temperature reaches 210°F.
Bakers Percentage:
  1. 100% bread flour
  2. 1% yeast
  3. 2% salt
  4. 75% water
