This bread is made in a single pan, no fancy tools are needed and you don't have to knead it. Try out the World's Easiest Bread.
Ingredients
- 5 cups bread flour
- 1½ tsp yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 cup water
Instructions
- Fill your loaf pan with flour. Add in the salt and yeast. Stir to incorporate. Add in the water and mix until a dough forms. Let rise for 8-12 hours at room temperature.
- Into a 425°F oven cook the bread for 40 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the bread is 210°F.
- Optionally, remove from oven top with cheese and fresh herbs. Return to oven for 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

- 100% bread flour
- 1% yeast
- 2% salt
- 75% water
